Auli, the winter sport destination, is nestled in the peak of Garhwal hills
in the Chamoli district of Uttaranchal. Situated 16 kms from Joshimath, at an altitude of 2895 m, it is one of the most popular ski resorts in India. Auli's 7kms long sloped ranges with an elevation of 500m offers exciting skiing opportunities for both experienced skiers as well as beginners. The beautiful slopes covered with oak and coniferous trees against the backdrop of lofty snow clad mountains, heightens the spirit of the skiers.
The slopes of Auli are somewhat steep and not easy. But that's precisely the reason why you have come all the way from your comfortable homes. That you'll also get to enjoy the sight of snow capped Nanda Devi, Kamet and Mana Parbat of of the Himalayas while you are skiing at Auli in Uttaranchal is reason enough for you to start preparing for your vacations in right earnest. Located in the Chamoli district of Uttaranchal and close to China and Nepal, Auli is said to be the ski capital of India. Auli is located at the altitude of 8200 feet but you are not going to realize it because the Nanda Devi peak at an altitude of 23000 feet is there to give you company.

| Day 01 : Delhi-Arrival |
|
Arrive at Delhi international airport, you will be received by the representative of HTOI and would be further assisted & transferred to your hotel. Rest of the time is kept free to recover from jetlag.
Stay overnight at the hotel.

| Day 02 : Delhi-Haridwar-Rishikesh
|
|
In the morning, transfer to Delhi railway station to board the Shatabadi Express train to Haridwar. Arrive at Haridwar, transfer to the auspicious place Rishikesh – which is the Yoga capital of the world and gateway to the Himalayas.
It is the home of various adventurous activities like White Water River rafting, trekking and hiking. Later visit Lakshman Jhula (450 feet long suspension bridge), Ram Jhula, Bharat temple, Swargashram temple, Geeta Bhawan temple and various other temples and Ashrams. Also take an excursion to Nilkantha Mahadev temple (12 KMS away from the town) – it is located at a height of approx 5000 feet). From here one can have a spectacular view of the area.

| Day 03 : Rishikesh-Joshimath-Auli
|
|
In the morning, you would be transferred to Joshimath. From Joshimath take the cable car transfer to Auli Ski Resort. Rest of the time is kept free to enjoy the Indian Himalayas.

| Day 04 : Auli
|
|
The day is kept for skiing at one of the spectacular skiing resorts of Asia. Auli Ski Resort is equipped by 03.8 KMS lengthy Cable Car that takes the guest from an altitude of 6000 feet and leaves the travellers at 12000 feet. It also has a ski lift which is of 01.8 KMS long and a chair lift of 01 KMS long & the snow beater. From Auli, one can view the panoramic Himalayas and adds the skiing experience more blissful.

| Day 05 : Auli
|

The complete day is kept free to enjoy the skiing. Stay overnight at the resort.

| Day 06 : Auli-Joshimath-Rishikesh
|
|
After having breakfast take the chair car to Joshimath. From Joshimath, take a car transfer to Rishikesh.
On arrival at Rishikesh, check in to the hotel.

| Day 07 : Rishikesh-Haridwar-Delhi-Departure
|
|
In time, transfer to the Haridwar railway station to board the train to Delhi. Arrive at Delhi, have dinner at one of the many famous restaurants, later transfer to the international airport to connect the flight back to the onward destination.
